                                                                                Forestry Department

Development and control over the implementation of regulatory legal acts, development and ensuring control over the implementation of state strategies and programs, development and approval of drafts of relevant regulatory legal acts, consideration of letters and requests from legal entities, written and oral complaints from citizens, and forest management is carried out by the Forestry Department. The Department performs its functions in several areas: development of regulatory legal acts, construction, restoration, forest care and science, forest protection, agriculture, forest and medicinal materials, mechanization and capital construction.

The Department of Afforestation, Reforestation and Nursery Production is a structure of the central office of the Agency and its tasks include regulating the work on laying and reforestation on the lands of the state forest fund and promoting forest planting at enterprises of the state division of nursery growers in the direction of seedling cultivation.

 
                                                            Department of Hunting and Hunting Grounds

The Department of Hunting and Hunting Grounds is a subdivision of the structure of the central office of the Forestry Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and implements State policy in the field of hunting, protection and increase of stocks of hunting animals and birds and use of their efficiency.

 
                                                        Department of Finance, Accounting and Planning

The Agency's Finance, Accounting and Planning Department is an integral part of the Agency and regulates the Agency's financial accounting activities. The Department carries out its activities under the auspices of the Agency's Director and on the basis of the Agency's Regulations and job descriptions of employees.

 
                                                               HR and Legal Support Department

The HR and Legal Support Department is one of the main and key structures of the Agency's central office, which includes the areas of registration, control and export of documents, personnel management, legal services, professional development and forest legislation. The HR and Legal Support Department conducts monthly analysis of the implementation of decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, resolutions and instructions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, letters and requests from ministries and departments, the agency's work plan for half a year, decisions of the Agency's board, protocols and other instructions of the Agency's Director, and written data are submitted to the Agency's Director.

                                               Department of International Relations and Information

The International Relations Department of the Agency carries out extensive activities to coordinate the agency's cooperation with international organizations, representatives of foreign countries, and UN conventions in the field of forestry and forest protection.

                                                Department of Forest Cadastre and State Monitoring

The Department of Cadastre and State Forest Monitoring is a structure of the Agency's central office for obtaining basic information on the location of land in the unified forest fund, protection and use, and regulation of forest relations. State forest monitoring consists of monitoring and recording the state of forestry, assessing and developing recommendations for the prevention and elimination of negative consequences in the protection and restoration of forests.
